The Saudi Al-Hilal SFC game against rival Al-Nassr FC concluded on Thursday with a dramatic victory by Al-Hilal, in an epic Saudi football derby.
Al-Hilal won 2-0 in the game played at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.
The opener was scored by Serbian footballer Sergej Milinković-Savić at minute 17.
The second goal was clinched by homegrown talent Salem Aldawsari.
As part of the government-sponsored annual festival, the Riyadh Season Cup featured two city-based teams along with the invited Inter Miami.
On Monday, Al Hilal faced the US club, securing a 4-3 victory.
In their last encounter in a final, Al-Nassr won 2-1 win in extra time with 10 men, with Ronaldo scoring twice, ultimately claiming their inaugural Arab Club Champions Cup in August.
But Al-Hilal won six of the last eight encounters. With Thursday's victory, this streak extends to seven victories against Al-Nassr.
