United Arab Emirates vice president and Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum said he met Iran's foreign minister, Hossein Amirabdollahian, on the sidelines of a summit in Baghdad on Saturday.
Dubai's ruler said in a tweet he wished Amirabdollahian success in developing positive relations with neighbouring countries.
