The rebels targeted Saudi airports in Abha and Jizan with Qasef-2K drones, according to the Houthi Al-Masirah satellite news channel.
The Houthis have increasingly used drones to target southern Saudi Arabia, including two recent strikes on the Abha airport, which killed one person and wounded over 30.
A Saudi-led military coalition has been fighting the Houthis since March 2015, with their airstrikes internationally criticised for killing civilians.
More than 91,000 have died over the course of the ongoing conflict, described as the world's worst humanitarian crisis by the United Nations.
Millions of people have been brought to the brink of starvation.
