Palestinian killed after being run over by settler in West Bank
Iqab Darawsheh, a Palestinian from the village of Talluza, north of Nablus, was killed near Tulkarm, according to the centre.
Palestinian outlets reported that Darawsheh was 21 years old.
Dozens of Palestinians have been killed by settlers intentionally ploughing vechicles into Palestinians in alleged hate crimes, often on bypass roads in the West Bank.
Israel has occupied the West Bank illegally since 1967, and commits various abuses against Palestinian civilians, human rights groups claim.
More than 600,000 Israeli Jews live in settlements in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, in constructions considered illegal under international law.
On Thursday, the UAE and Israel agreed on a US-brokered deal to establish full diplomatic ties, drawing outrage from Palestinians who considered the move a "betrayal".

"Israeli jets are bombing Gaza again, and the young Palestinian Iqab Darawsheh was killed after being run over by an Israeli settler in the West Bank.
