"More than 4,600 children are injured as hospitals run out of fuel, electricity, and medical supplies," rights group Defence for Children International – Palestine said in a post on social media platform X on Sunday.
Israel imposed a full siege on Gaza, tightening previous longstanding restrictions, following the Hamas attack.
While an aid convoy arrived in the strip on Saturday and another entered the crossing with Egypt on Sunday, the situation remains bleak for Palestinian civilians living there as basic supplies are in short supply.
