Dozens arrested in protests against Israel's scandal-stricken PM Netanyahu
"You are a puppet of the establishment!" a woman being arrested, yelled at police in Hebrew, Voice of America reported.
Thousands of protesters gathered in renewed protests against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in front of the Israeli premier's residence, while security forces dispersed heavily around the block.
A video released circulating online showed crowds of Israelis being sprayed by water cannons.
With unemployment in the country now at 20%, anti-Netanyahu demonstrators in Jerusalem are calling for his resignation over the Prime Minister's alleged mishandling of the coronavirus crisis, as well as corruption.
They protested a recent bill that powers the government to take emergency measures to fight the coronavirus without seeking parliamentary approval first.

While Israel initially controlled the coronavirus outbreak, infection has spiked after schools resumed and businesses reopened, with some 2,000 new cases recorded per day.
