Saudi's top tweeter breaks royal reshuffle story
The inner-workings of the Saudi royal family have been revealed again by fearless Twitter user @Mujtahidd.

A Saudi whistle-blower known by his Twitter handle @Mujtahidd foresaw a major shakeup in the kingdom's royal court three days before it happened.

On Wednesday Saudi Arabia's king Salman named his new heir to the throne as former interior minister Mohammed bin Nayef, who replaced Muqrin bin Abdalaziz. 

"Muqrin bin Abdalaziz is under pressure from a powerful person to announce he is stepping down in a deal that is being agreed on instead of being kicked out by royal decree," @Mujtahidd said on Sunday.



"Muqrin doesn't have any reservations but Mutaib bin Abdullah has warned him not to agree because Mutaib still hopes that Muqrin could bring him back after Salman dies and Mohammed bin Nayef is dismissed."   

   
  
The Twitter used is well known Saudi Arabia for revealed the inner secrets of Saudi Arabia's royal court.

Their account was recently suspended for unknown reasons after leaking documents revealing high-level corruption inside the royal family.

@Mujtahidd has 1.82 million followers on Twitter, and takes his name from the Arabic word "mujtahid", which means either diligent or interpreter of religious law.

"[I] want to contribute to change in Saudi Arabia," @Mujtahidd says in their bio.

The Arab language hashtag #Royal_Decrees became the top topic on Twitter globally yesterday.
