Fars quoted Hussein Sheikh al-Islam, the international adviser for the Shura council, as saying Israel was "collaborating with armed terrorist groups in Syria to achieve its goals".
He claimed that the Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, ordered the attack to help him win votes in the Knesset elections due in March.
