Syrian Armenians are commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, which began in April 1915 and resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Armenians.

Many survivors fled to Syria, settling in cities like Aleppo, Hasakah, Deir ez-Zor, and Qamishli, where they became an integral part of Syrian society.
