Yemen's Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for a missile attack Sunday on Israel's main international airport, saying they were acting in support for Palestinians in Gaza.
Israel's military said "a fall was identified" Sunday in the area of the country's main airport after it activated air defences against a missile launched from Yemen. Air traffic had to be closed briefly after the missile attack.
Videos shared online showed the moment of impact with smoke pluming from the airport's vicinity.
