Tunahan Kuzu of the the newly established multicultural liberal party DENK (THINK) had a flag of Palestine pinned to his chest.
Netanyahu, was reportedly irritated, turned his back to the MPs and continued his round of introductions in the Dutch parliament.
Last year Palestinian-allied activists celebrated in the Netherlands after successfully putting a stop to Amsterdam Mayor Eberhard Van der Laan's plans to twin the city with the Israeli capital Tel Aviv, according to the English-language website Dutch News.
