Eliška Koldová is an editor at Druhá : směna. She comes from Zlín and studied law in Prague. She focuses on the rights of sex workers.

Michaela Švandová is an editor at Druhá : směna (Second : shift). She currently works in Prague as a community worker supporting people at risk of social exclusion. In her free time, she is active in a local neighborhood association and in the orbit of various grassroots collectives.

Maja Vusilović is a union organizer and writer based in Brno. She co-founded Druhá : směna (Second : shift) magazine in 2022.
